Saphirex s.r.o. was founded in 1994 as a supplier of high-precision sapphire and ruby components for industrial applications. From the very beginning, it has focused on manufacturing and supplying technical parts for the most demanding fields, where precision, quality and long service life are what matter most.
Over the years we have significantly expanded our portfolio. Today we offer not only technical sapphires and rubies, but also contract manufacturing using electrical discharge machining (EDM), powder metallurgy, precision CNC machining, metal powder compaction and other modern production technologies.

Saphirex s.r.o. was founded in 1994 with the aim of supplying high-precision sapphire and ruby components for the most demanding industrial applications. From the outset we worked with customers who place exceptional emphasis on manufacturing precision, material quality and long-term reliability.
Over time we grew from a supplier of technical sapphires and rubies into a technology company offering a broad range of modern manufacturing technologies. Alongside the production of technical ceramic and mineral parts, we now also provide contract manufacturing through electrical discharge machining (EDM) — including automated robotic workstations — powder metallurgy, metal powder compaction, precision CNC machining, mould making, prototype manufacturing and the development of special technical solutions.
